For the past few months, the police department has been searching for this unnamed killer. He scattered his victims' bodies throughout Miami, leading the police on a wild goose chase for the past couple months. Moser was given the moniker the "Ice Truck Killer" because he transported the dead bodies in an ice truck, this man was known for draining the bodies of his victims completely of blood before dismembering them, never
leaving even a shred of evidence. His victims include multiple prostitutes as well as Tony Tucci, who the department managed to rescue before he was killed. His obsession with prosthetic limbs can be seen in his recent murder of a prostitute with a prosthetic arm, which marked the turning point for this case.
The Ice Truck Killer is also charged with attacking Miami Metro's own Lieutenant Batista, who is currently under care in the hospital, and for kidnapping Officer Debra Morgan, who was rescued shortly before the Ice Truck Killer committed suicide.
